Iwao Midorikawa (緑川 巌 Midorikawa Iwao) is the husband of Sumiko Midorikawa and the father of Maki Midorikawa and Kosuke Midorikawa who currently works as the vice-principal at his elementary school.
Etymology[]
- The name Iwao means "rock, crag, boulder" (巌).
- Iwao's surname Midorikawa means "green" (緑) (midori) and "river, stream" (川) (kawa).
